Registration
Once an appointment is made, clients will be instructed to register with Jessica's billing service, AccuPsych, at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled appointment. AccuPsych will then contact your insurance company and verify your benefits on your behalf. Please call (877) 696-4900 and ask to speak with Donna.
Reduced Fee:
Reduced and sliding scale fee arrangements are available on a limited and temporary case-per-case basis for those clients with extenuating financial circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not present for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay a fee equal to a minimum of $50 up to the equivalent of a full self-pay cost of the session.
*Insurance and EAP plans will never be billed for missed or late-cancel appointments and all associated fees will be the sole responsibility of the client.

Sliding scale from $40 - $60 *Dependent financial circumstances on a case-by-case basis
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not present for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay a $25 fee.
Payment:
Cash, personal checks and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover only) are accepted for payment at the time services are rendered.
